How to Order Your DCP

The Order Form BELOW MUST Be Completed

We work in partnership with festivals to create theater-ready Digital Cinema Packages.

  • STEP 3: Upload Your DCP (or send Dropbox or Vimeo link)
  • STEP 4: Order any additional services (separate order)

DCP Fee Schedule

The following are for our partner festivals and their participants.
Fees include credit card processing fees and third-party software fees

  • FEATURE LENGTH DCP (x1)
    • Projects 60 minutes and over
    • $400.00 + Processing & Fees $35.72
    • Total: $435.72
  • MID-LENGTH DCP (x1)
    • Projects 30-59 minutes
    • $250.00 + Processing & Fees $25.30
    • Total: $275.30
  • SHORT DCP (x1)
    • Projects 0-29 minutes
    • $110.00 + Processing & Fees $15.22
    • Total: 125.22
  • OTHER SERVICES
    • Paid separately
    • Order hard drives, submixes, captions, and more
    • Additional services can be ordered here

All DCPs include 90 days of online storage/sharing through Dropbox. Upgraded storage can be purchased here.

Additional fees may apply for projects delivered/ordered between 1-7 days or on an emergency during the festival.

Important Information About This Service

  • We do not accept physical media.  Your file MUST be delivered electronically.
  • We deliver DCP download links about 10-14 days following the festival.
  • This is a digital service to keep costs down. We use Dropbox to store/send/share files, which may require you to have an upgraded Dropbox account. 
  • Physical drives are an additional service and fee.
  • This is a 2K Output for your DCP
  • Send us a 2K (preferred) MP4 or MOV file with audio embedded. Your file will be processed “as is.”
  • This is a discounted “As-Is” service. We make a DCP exactly from what you deliver.
